I guess the theme of this whole post is red! From Tomatoes to Valentines, and then a cute picture of Craig and Eric :)
A few weeks ago I went to make some salsa. I looked in the fridge and found there was only one tomato ( I thought there were a lot more) but I still wanted some salsa, so I set that down and started to pull out the cilantro and green onions. I turned around and Eric had the tomato shoved in his mouth..... Well as you can see, we didn't get to have any salsa.
I came home from the Grocery store last week to this super cute site :)
Since it's Valentines day this week, I made little goody bags for my kids at school. I made some cute little heart shaped chocolates and added some other little goodies. It isn't anything too much, but I'm sure they will love it :)
I also had to make some cupcakes for our party! (This was before I frosted them)
Oh and the cupcakes are pink.....well I made the batter pink...
I guess it just didn't end up really showing up.
Next on my list of things to do is to figure out some different things to do with the 40 lbs of tomatoes I have sitting in my kitchen!
There are so many fun changes coming our way over the next year or so, can't wait to see where they all take us!
